Refund policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
The two parts of your payment
Every order has two components: the government fee (US$20–US$50 depending on entry type), which we pay to the Government of Uzbekistan for you, and our service fee for preparation, verification, submission and support. They are treated differently, because once an application is submitted, the government keeps its fee regardless of the outcome — that rule is set by Uzbek authorities, not by us.
You get a full refund (including the government fee) if
- You cancel before we have submitted your application to the government portal
- We fail to submit your application within 24 hours of receiving your complete, correct documents
You get our service fee back if
- An application we prepared and submitted correctly is refused by the government
No refund is due if
- An application is refused or delayed because information or documents you provided were inaccurate, incomplete, or did not match your passport, and you chose not to use our resubmission option
- Your travel plans change after submission
- You are refused entry at the border despite holding a valid visa — entry decisions belong to border authorities and no service can guarantee them
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. To request one, message us on WhatsApp or email support@uzvisa.com with your order email.
